Project Concept

The project originated as a classic photographic survey of the Meadowland landscape. The images were of varying formats printed on 8x10 gelatin silver paper and organized chronologically.

The printed images from 2009 were translated into a video piece where stillness was removed and time was added. Ambient sound and fleeting animation were used to create an altered viewer experience.
